Q: How do I login to IAEC Learn, learn.iowarec.org?
A: Use the same login credentials as for IAEC Community, community.iowarec.org or to register for events. This is a different login than the IAEC Member website. If you do not have a login, contact us at training@iowarec.org to assist you.

Q: How do I find courses to take?
A: There are several ways for finding courses. Use the Catalog link on the menu bar and browse by the following parameters: You can 1) browse by Category (Cooperative Focus, Leadership, Motivational, Technical Skills, Workplace Skills, or Toggle all); 2) browse by format (On-Demand, Live); 3) browse by Type (Conference, Podcast, Resource Library, Video or Webinar); 4) you can do an Advanced Search using the button in the top right.

Q: What are the costs for the courses?
A: Some courses are no fee as an IAEC member and some have a minimal charge per user/per course. The charge for each course is listed on the first description page, once you view a component you are registered for that course. Billing for courses will be sent monthly to the cooperative based on the # of users/courses purchased the previous month. All courses will be available to you to view once you have purchased the course.

Q: How can I purchase a course? 
A: Courses that have a fee are listed  can be paid by credit card (MC, Visa, AMEX), check (invoice sent to cooperative) or pre-paid (IAEC Learn $). If check option is chosen, you must have approval from your cooperative prior to accessing the training. Once approved, you can email training@iowarec.org to provide instant access to the training and an invoice will be sent to your cooperative. If you have purchased IAEC Learn dollars from your cooperative, you will have a pre-paid balance on your profile that you can use. You will have immediate access once you have completed your cart purchase. If you are having any issues completing your purchase, please contact us at training@iowarec.org

Q: I enrolled in a course. Where do I go to access it?
A: All of the courses you are enrolled in are listed under the Dashboard link on the menu bar on the left hand side. You must be logged in for this menu item to be visible.  If you are registered but do not see access available to you, please contact us at training@iowarec.org to assist you.

Q: I got interrupted, can I view the content later?
A: Yes, once you have registered for a training, it will stay in your dashboard to access or review at any time. You can view the training where you left off or start over.

Q: I cannot see all courses, based on the events open for registration. Where do I find it. 
A: Some courses are not available to view until you have registered.  If you are registered but do not see access available to you, please contact us at training@iowarec.org to assist you.

Q: What if there is a topic that I would like to see that you don't have listed
A: This portal will be continually changing and adding content. If there is a topic you would like covered, please contact us at training@iowarec.org and we will look into finding content to provide.
